Her work is based on the conviction that we - people - are often disconnected from our natural origin. That is why Quub tries to address the deeper layers of our humanity. She investigates, for example, the field of tension between crude and beauty. Nature is embedded in Quub's work. Traces of life and landscape are - as well as religious and mythological elements - present in the work. Quub likes the experiment of composing the material. It stimulates the senses and makes the work tactile. Quub works with bronze and porcelain as well.
